日本人離れした風貌と
緩やかな空気を纏う、
浪速が生んだ令和の革命家。
齢二十三。

そんな彼との出会いは、
去年の夏真っ盛り。

今はなきAntaresというモデルが気になると
彼が連絡をくれたのがきっかけ。

このAntaresは竜崇縫靴店の始まりの靴で、
Sirius(現在はKazuo)との二本槍でした。
ですが自分達の趣向やスタイルが変わって
内羽根を履かなくなった為、廃番に。

初期からのお客様にも人気でしたし
今でも大好きな意匠の靴ですが、
(自分達が日常的に履いてお勧めできる)
ということが僕らのポリシーなので
そっと封印していました。

そんな折、彼は昔の投稿やblogを
熱心に見てくれてこれがいいと
オーダー会に足を運び、選んでくれた。

その時に履いていたトラウザーズが
僕達は無性に気になり尋ねたところ、
自身で生地を織り、手染めを施し
テーラードの技法で仕立てたものだと。
服のあれこれには全く明るくないけど、
途轍もない一本というのが明瞭でした。

その手法は彼にとっての普通で、
仕立て屋特有の自信満々感も皆無で
ドヤ顔もせず、まだまだ納得いかないと言う。

ちょっぴり髭濃いめの青年。
たぶん人生3回目。

人柄はもちろんですが、
感性、纏う空気、そして向上心。
彼の全てを大好きになり、
こちらから彼への懐靴宣言。
